Nevada State Parks Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at most Nevada State Parks, but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet or caged at all times. Pets are not permitted at Sand Harbor from April 15th through October 15th due to the high volume of visitors. Pets and other domestic animals prohibited on certain trails within Spooner Management Area.
