A 645-acre camping park on Whidbey Island, Fort Ebey State Park has three miles of saltwater shoreline on the Strait of Juan de Fuca, a freshwater lake for fishing, and miles of hiking and biking trails. Dogs on a leash no longer than 8 feet are allowed in the park, but are not permitted on designated swimming beaches.
