The Victoria Clipper is a high-speed, passenger-only catamaran ferry operated by FRS Clipper. It runs a direct route between Pier 69 in downtown Seattle, Washington, and the Inner Harbour in downtown Victoria, British Columbia. It offers the only direct fast ferry service between Seattle and Victoria, BC, taking about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The fast ferry features three main classes of service including Economy (lower deck), Vista (upper deck) and Comfort Class (upper deck) each with an upgrade option within each class. Comfort Class includes leather seating in a private spacious class cabin on the upper deck, panoramic views along with complimentary snacks, coffee and tea. Pets are welcome onboard the Victoria Clipper, if they are in a carrier and accompanied by a person (animals cannot be transported as cargo). Smaller pets weighing 15 pounds or less can travel with you in the passenger cabin, as long as they fit comfortably in an enclosed 20″ x 11″ x 11″ carrier (duffel bag or soft-crate style with handles). Larger pets must travel in a kennel. Kennels can be rented for $10 each way. Please note, larger kennels are placed on the outside deck subject to engine noise and the elements. All pets must remain in their carriers or kennels for the entire trip.
