Fire Island Ferries is a passenger and freight ferry service, serving the Western communities of Fire Island, New York. Fire Island Ferries operate ferry routes between Bay Shore (Long Island) and the western communities of: Kismet, Saltaire, Dunewood/Alantique, Fair Harbor, Ocean Beach, Seaview, and Ocean Bay Park. Dogs are allowed as long as they are properly leashed aboard the ferries. Please note: certain communities do not allow dogs on the beaches.
