Designated dogs off-leash areas in Toronto City parks are built to create an enclosed area for dogs to socialize and run free. Scarborough District locations include:
Botany Hill Park, 277 Orton Park Rd.
Colonel Danforth Park, 130 Old Kingston Rd.- the off-leash area is located off Old Kingston Road, west of Military Trail, not in the main parkland.
Confederation Park, 240 Dolly Varden Blvd.
Frank Faubert Wood Lot (Hand of God Park), 185 Borough Drive
L’Amoreaux 1785 McNicoll Avenue (at Silver Springs Blvd. and McNicoll Ave.) – the off-leash area is located next to the Cricket Centre.
Scarborough Heights Park, 27 Fishleigh Drive
Thomson Memorial Park, 1005 Brimley Ave.- in addition to the main off-leash area, this park features a special section for small dogs, as well as a section for dogs who prefer a quieter setting.
Warden Woods Park, Pharmacy Ave. (Entrance on Pharmacy, north of Teesdale Place)
