Located at 1-39 Macy St, Portland, ME 04102, Capisic Pond Park is an 18-acre nature preserve surrounding Portland’s largest fresh-water pond. It is one of the City of Portland’s designated “off-leash” areas, where dogs are allowed without a leash, as long as they are under voice control.
