Located in Lums Pond State Park in Bear, DE, Lums Pond Dog Park is an unfenced, off-leash area close to the campgrounds. The area includes woods, a narrow beach, and a section of Lums Pond where dogs are allowed to swim. There are picnic tables in the off-leash areas.
