The Park District of Highland Park offers three Off-Leash Dog Exercise Areas to registered dog park members:
Debbie Gottlieb Beitler Dog Park at Larry Fink Memorial Park, 701 Deer Creek Parkway
Moraine Beach, 2501 Sheridan Road
Highland Park Golf Learning Center, 2205 Skokie Valley Highway.
Membership is required for admittance in the dog parks and beach.
