Fenced, full-service dog parks in Eugene include:
Alton Baker Park, behind Autzen Stadium
Amazon Park (large and small dog areas), 29th Avenue and Amazon Parkway
Candlelight Park (large and small dog areas), Royal and Candlelight Street
Wayne Morse Family Farm, Crest Drive and Lincoln Street
Most of the parks offer amenities such as wash down stations, dog waste bag dispensers, drinking fountains for owners and their dogs, benches, and pedestrian nodes, or gathering places where trails or paths intersect.
As part of a pilot program, Eugene has opened two dog off-leash areas. These areas are not enclosed and require owners to have good voice command of their dogs and follow boundary signage closely. There is no trash service at these areas; therefore, owners are responsible for proper off-site disposal. Off-leash areas are located at Lone Oak Park, 138-216 Ross Lane; and Jefferson City Park, W. 16th Ave. and Jefferson St.
