Yosemite National Park Campgrounds include 14 tent and RV campgrounds, of which up to seven are on a reservation system. Pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in all the campgrounds except walk-in campgrounds (e.g., Camp 4) and in group campsites. From April through September, reservations are essential and even the first-come, first-served campgrounds often fill by noon from April through September. RV campsites are available in most campgrounds. Horse campsites are available during summer at Wawona, Bridalveil Creek, and Tuolumne Meadows Campgrounds.
