Pets on a leash no longer than 10 feet are allowed in the Wyoming State Parks Campgrounds. Pets are prohibited in public eating places and food stores, public buildings, and on designated beach areas. Camping is prohibited at Bear River, Edness Kimball Wilkins and Hot Springs State Parks except for special activities sponsored by a non-profit organization.
