Wrightsville Beach Town Beach, in New Hanover County, is just east of Wilmington, NC. The town consists of a 4 miles long beach island and is known for its crystal blue waters and spacious beach. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach strand only during the off-season, from October 1st through March 31st. The beach adjacent to the Mason’s Inlet area is included in the Park Ranger’s jurisdiction. All pet regulations apply to this area.
