Located at 1445 San Andreas Rd, Watsonville, CA 95076, Manresa State Beach offers visitors sweeping views of bluff-backed sand and sea, including the Santa Cruz Mountains to the northwest and the forested hills of the Monterey Peninsula to the southwest. Sunset and Manresa state beaches are approximately one mile apart on Highway 1. Directions: From Highway 1, south of Aptos, take the San Andreas Road exit and follow San Andreas Road to the beach. Manresa is the first beach access upon reaching the coast. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the beach and in the campground. Dogs are not permitted at Sunset State Beach.
