Surfer’s Point Beach at Seaside Park is located at Harbor Blvd and Figueroa St., Ventura, CA 93001, at the Ventura River mouth. Beach and park facilities include restrooms, showers, a spacious lawn and picnic tables and grills. Surfers Point has a couple large parking lots behind the beach. Directions: turn onto Figueroa Street from Harbor Boulevard at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
