Located at 1950 Spinnaker Drive, Ventura, CA 93001, Harbor Cove Beach (Mother’s Beach) is at the west end of Spinnaker Drive, just across the street from the Channel Islands National Park Visitor’s Center. Amenities include restrooms and showers. Food available across the street at Harbor Cove Cafe. Lifeguard service available from Memorial Day – Labor Day weekend, courtesy of Ventura Port District. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
