Spring Lake Borough Beach is situated on the Jersey Shore in Monmouth County, NJ. From May 15th to September 30th no dogs are allowed on the beach except in the fenced area near Pitney Avenue from sunrise to 9 a.m. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach from October 1st to May 15th. Dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk at any time.
