Located at Seabright Avenue and East Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz, CA 95062, Seabright State Beach is a long sandy beach between the Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Harbor. Parking and beach access is available at the west end of East Cliff Drive near Alhambra Avenue, Mott Avenue and at the end of 3rd Avenue. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the north side of the Santa Cruz Harbor at 7th Avenue.
