Located at the intersection of Wabash Avenue and Johnson Beach Road, Porter, IN 46304, Porter Beach at Indiana Dunes National Park has 2 parking lots. The North parking lot is closest to the Lake. Facilities – Seasonal restrooms and potable water. No lifeguards. Swim at your own risk; rip currents and waves can make swimming hazardous. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the beach year round.
