OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 86 Lakeshore Dr E, Penticton, BC V2A 1B5, Okanagan Lake Park Dog Beach is on the shores of Okanagan Lake and near the downtown core. The off-leash dog beach is inside the fenced beach area (note that dogs must be on-leash until inside the fenced off-leash area).
