Located at 5000 Pacific Coast Hwy, Pacifica, CA 94044, Pacifica State Beach, commonly known as Linda Mar Beach, is a wide crescent-shaped beach located off Highway 1 in downtown Pacifica that marks the northern gateway to the coastline stretching south of San Francisco. It is a State Beach managed by the City of Pacifica through an operating agreement with California State Parks. The beach offers a recreation trail along the ocean, surfing and surf camps, restrooms and showers. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
