Silver Strand Beach is the southernmost beach in Oxnard, at the end of Victoria Ave., Oxnard, CA 93035. It stretches from the Channel Islands Harbor entrance to the Port Hueneme Harbor entrance. Dogs on a leash are allowed on Silver Strand Beach before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
