Located at 33303 Headquarters Road, Ontonagon, MI 49953, Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park is one of the few remaining large wilderness areas in the Midwest. It features stunning forests, waterfalls, rivers, streams, trails, lakes and the Lake Superior shoreline. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed along the entire length of Lake Superior park shoreline.
