Located at Crosby Road, Oak Harbor, WA 98277, Joseph Whidbey State Park is a 206-acre day-use park on Whidbey Island with 3,100 feet of saltwater shoreline on the Strait of Juan De Fuca in northern Puget Sound. Dogs on a leash no longer than 8 feet are allowed in the park, but are not permitted on designated swimming beaches.
