Located at 1542-1598 Roger Williams Way, North Kingstown, RI 02852, Compass Rose Beach is a small sandy strip located off Roger Williams Way. It is the old sea plane beach at Quonset Point. There are no lifeguards. While presently owned by the state Department of Transportation, as part of the airport property, it is leased by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation and managed by the Quonset Development Corporation. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
