Located at 121 Beach Street, Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA 01944, Singing Beach is one of North Shore’s most popular beaches and includes a beautiful sandy beach, restrooms and a nice concession stand. Resident parking only on Saturday and Sunday. June 18-Labor Day – Non resident parking permitted with $25 fee Monday through Friday when attendant is on duty and space allows. October 15 – April 14 – Non-resident parking in designated spots only. Dogs are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from Oct. 15th through April 14th. Dog owners must maintain effective verbal control of their dogs and always be able to see their dogs when they are off-leash. Each person is limited to a maximum of two dogs.
