Located at 321 158th Avenue SW, Lakebay, WA 98349, Penrose Point State Park is a 165-acre marine and camping park on the shores of Puget Sound, with over 2 miles of saltwater frontage on Mayo Cove and Carr Inlet. The park has no lifeguard and no designated swim area. Dogs on a leash no longer than 8 feet are allowed in the park.
