Laguna Beach City Beaches include 30 beaches and coves open year-round from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. As the only marine reserve in Southern California, Laguna Beach is renown for its pristine waters, abundant sea life and perfect beaches. Dogs are allowed on city beaches before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. between June 15th – September 10th, and during regular beach hours from September 11th – June 14th. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
