OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Huntington Dog Beach is located in the northwest area of Huntington City Beach, between 21st Street north to Seapoint Street, along the Pacific Coast Highway. Dogs are allowed off-leash on the 1.5 mile stretch of beach. Visitors must stay within the boundaries of Dog Beach — the northern boundary is Seapoint St., the southern boundary is just past Goldenwest St.
