OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Dillon Beach is located at Bodega Bay (near the mouth of the Tomales Bay). The area includes a public access beach, as well as a private beach resort, the only private beach in California. The Dillon Beach Resort maintains the beach and provides facilities for visitors. There are restrooms and picnic tables with fire pits, but no showers. Dogs are allowed off-leash on the beach if they are under voice control.
