Cayucos City Beach is located south of the state beach in Cayucos, CA. It lies in front of the many beachfront homes along Pacific Avenue south of the downtown area. This is a gradually sloping beach so at low tide it’s wide and at high tide it’s almost entirely wet. There are large rocks in the surf in several spots along Cayucos Beach and the massive Morro Rock is visible in the distance to the south. Parking is along Pacific Ave and many stairways between homes allow access to the beach. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
