Located just 1/2 mile from downtown Camden off Bay View Street, Laite Memorial Beach on Camden Harbor offers oceanfront swimming with scenic views of the harbor, Camden Hills and Penobscot Bay. It is a small beach with no fees and easy access to the oceanfront and the waters of Camden Harbor. Dogs deemed under restraint and control by owner or keeper will be permitted at Camden’s town owned beaches after 6:00 pm and before 8:00 am, May 1st through September 30th and at any time October 1st through April 30th.
