Barnegat Light Borough Beach is situated on the northern tip of Long Beach Island, a barrier island along the Atlantic Ocean coast of Ocean County, NJ. The guarded Bay Beach is located at 25th St. & Bayview. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach during the off-season, from October 1st to April 15th. Dogs are not permitted on the beach from April 15th through September 30th.
