Located at 1 Seascape Resort Drive, Aptos, CA 95003, Seascape Park is a six-acre county park at the end of Sumner Ave. along the bluff over Monterey Bay, adjacent to Seascape Resort. The park features a picnic area, wheelchair accessible playground, and restrooms. There’s a walking path which leads from the park along the bluff and to the adjacent resort, which provides access to the beach below. Directions: From Hwy 1 exit onto Rio Del Mar Blvd, turn toward the ocean. Proceed on Rio Del Mar Blvd then left onto Sumner Ave, right onto Seascape Blvd then a quick left (into the resort roadway) to head South on Seascape Resort Dr., that parallels Sumner Dr. The park entrance and parking lot are located at the end of the roundabout. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.
