Located in the Greater Vancouver area at 5000 Sunnyside Rd, Anmore, BC V3H 4Z2, Buntzen Lake Recreation Area has a beautiful beach, trails and an off-leash swimming area for dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the main beach area, but there’s an enclosed dog beach separated from the swimming area. The trail to the right of the beach leads to the dog off-leash area beside Buntzen Creek. All dogs must be on a leash except in the two designated off-leash areas or on the dog off-leash trail. All dogs must be under owner’s control at all times.
