Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. A Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) is located post-security across from Ginvea Jewelry in the North Concourse. The area is fully equipped and includes a wash down stall, complete with special synthetic grass, which covers the flushing system, and a water hose. In order to maintain cleanliness, specialized floor drains were installed beneath the grass. A sink area with cleaning supplies for handlers completes the area. In addition, there are outdoor relief areas located just outside the ground-level terminal exit, towards Garage A. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
