Nashville International Airport (BNA) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. A post security indoor service animal relief area is at Concourse D, across from Gate D-2. The conveniently accessible space inside the terminal is equipped with a hydration station, waste station, sink and Nashville-inspired scenery. Post security outdoor relief areas are also located on the secure side of the passenger terminal (Concourses B and C); please contact an airline representative to request an escort. The passenger will not have to go through the security screening process again.
Outdoor pet relief areas are located at:
Departures Level (curbside, Level 3), one on the North end and the other on the South. Proceed across the crosswalk, and make a 90-degree turn to the right (north). Proceed about 60 feet from the last set of double doors until you reach the last set of columns and the end of the covered area. The service animal relief areas are raised, 6’ x 10’ platforms with artificial grass and a mock fire hydrant. Cleanup bags are available for travelers’ use.
Dog Park at Terminal Garage 1, Pedestrian Plaza, Level P5. Provides much-needed outdoor green space to traveling pets and pet parents complete with a hydration station and waste stations with clean-up bags.
Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
