Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. The airport’s indoor pet relief area is located post-security in the main terminal near Shake Shack on the way to Concourse B. An additional pet relief area is located pre-security, outside of the terminal on Level 1 between the main terminal and the short term parking garage. Exit through Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 5 and walk across to the Pet Relief Area. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
