El Paso International Airport (ELP) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. The indoor pet relief area is located at the end of Concourse B in the rotunda; it has a grass pad, water spray hose for cleanup, a pet bag/disposal dispenser, and a sink with soap, water, and paper towels. The outdoor pet relief area is approximately 18×36 feet and is located outside the terminal on the east side of the Short Term parking lot across from the ticketing doors. Exit the terminal on the ground level, cross the street and turn left into the short-term parking lot. The area includes a fenced in grassy area with a water station, a pet bag/disposal dispenser station. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
