The Swiss International Airlines pet policy is as follows:
Dogs and cats weighing up to 8 kg (weight including transport container) are accepted in the cabin on any route.
Dogs and cats, which do not belong to the snub-nosed breed, and weigh more than 8 kg (weight including transport container) or travel in a transport container exceeding the permitted size (max. 118 cm; 55 x 40 x 23 cm) travel in the hold.
Animals other than dogs and cats are not allowed to travel in the hold.
The transport of snub-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds of hares, rabbits, dogs and cats in the cargo hold is restricted.
