The Philippine Airlines Pet Policy is as follows:
Philippine Airlines allows pets in the cabin (FurPAL program) on select domestic flights and as checked baggage in the cargo hold for domestic and international flights.
Small dogs/cats (under 10kg) can travel in the cabin (FurPAL), while pets up to 32kg (including carrier) can be checked.
Pets must be placed in a soft-sided, leak-proof carrier with maximum dimensions of 17 inches by 11 inches by 9.5 inches and equipped with pee pads and ventilation panels. Animals must remain inside the carrier and stowed under the seat in front of the passenger throughout the flight.
Taking a pet to a foreign country involves preparation and planning far in advance of your departure date. Requirements for pet travel to a foreign country are set by the destination country. If you are you traveling to another country and bringing along your pet you’ll need to meet the animal health requirements of the country you are visiting.
