Located at 3275 Clark Lake Road, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, Whitefish Dunes State Park is on the eastern shore of the Door Peninsula. The park offers a designated dog swim area. Pet beach access is about a 0.75-mile walk from the parking lot. To reach this area, walk your pet from the parking area down the Red trail and then onto the beach. Pets are not allowed on the section of beach from the nature center to the third beach access from April 1 to November 1. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in the water.
