Nature lovers, history buffs, art aficionados and thrill-seekers will be amply satisfied by the area's variety of attractions. The 16th century history of our country’s first settlers is reenacted on Roanoke Island, the site of the first powered airplane flight is found in Kill Devil Hills and Corolla Village offers the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Historic Whalehead. The old village also shares its restored private homes, schoolhouse and chapel. Enjoy the area’s maritime history and wildlife refuges. Watch the roaming wild horses in the four-wheel drive area, go bird watching, or observe fish and other marine life at the state aquarium on Roanoke Island. The town of Duck offers multiple walking paths, including a soundside boardwalk that runs the length of Duck Village.

We accept only U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, and MasterCard, Visa or the Discover Card if paying by credit card. All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment is due at the time of booking and must be made by e-check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of arrival, and e-checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival.
