- Dogs (twenty-five pounds or less) are allowed only at designated pet friendly properties.
- Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any/all payments of rent and deposits, and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, they will be evicted and subject to additional cleaning expenses.
