New Harbor View Cottages: Traditional Maine Cottages in Seaside Village of Wells, Maine

New Harbor View Cottages, pet-friendly cottages owned and operated by the Ford Family (Adam, Deb, and Cole), are centrally located in the picturesque seaside village of Wells on the southern coast of Maine, nestled between the towns of Ogunquit, to our south, and the Kennebunks, to our north. New Harbor View Cottages offer completely furnished updated/restored traditional Maine Housekeeping Cottages less than a mile from the beach. Our one and two bedroom housekeeping cottages offer wind-swept screened porches, fully equipped kitchens and baths, color cable TV, aged knotty-pine warm interiors with heat, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Our 1 and 2 bedroom cottages have new queen-size Sealy Posture-pedic plush beds, as well as new Sealy twin beds. The 2 bedroom cottages have been completely renovated with new baths and kitchens including: new cabinets, microwave, dishwasher, silestone countertop, ceramic tile, fireplace/heaters, as well as, new carpeting. They also have a screened porch and accommodate 4-6 guests comfortably. Our 1 bedroom cottages have new microwaves, new refrigerators, and new porch furniture. However, our one bedroom and efficiency cottages do not have a separate living room and are best suited for 2 guests. Our efficiency cottage has a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, a loveseat, a double bed, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. We also have a terrific pool heated with solar panels! We also have free WIFI. Each cottage has a picnic table and gas grills are available for use by our guests too.
