Changing Tides Cottages of Madeira Beach: Enclosed Beach Resort on the Waterfront, Off-Leash Pets OK

Changing Tides Cottages is a charming complex composed of ten (10) one and two bedroom upgraded cottages, nestled along 180' of Boca Ciega Bay. Use of deep water docks and complimentary kayaks. No more than 1 block to the beach- 2 1/2blocks to famous John's Pass- restaurants and fishing boats. Along with DOLPHINS and MANATEES, the pastels sunsets, from your front yard, makes it painful to leave the property.
Pet Policy  
  • All size friendly and trained dogs are welcome!
  • There is a $5-10 per night/per dog or $25 to $40 per wk/per dog (ask us about your dog).
  • Our property is entirely enclosed. Each of our cottages is private and individual. Friendly and trained pets are welcome to be off-leash with owners present.
  • Pet friendly beaches and parks are nearby.
  • We offer individual pet-sitting and walking.

Rates  
1 bedroom cottages run $600-$700 per wk/$100-$125 per night 2 bedroom cottages run $700 -$850 per wk/$120-$175 per night. Pet fees: $5-10 per night/per dog - ask us $25 - $40 per wk/per dog Monthly rates are available NO cleaning or departure fees.
Amenities  
The cottages are fully furnished and equipped. Each cottage has water views, sliders, decks or patio with several shared areas with gas grills, gazebo, and picnic areas. We are an enclosed compound so your pets can be with you in your cottage, on your patio, or on the grounds as you grill, fish, relax, or enjoy the ambiance. We provide linens, cable, and free wi-fi. Off-street parking. Onsite owners / managers.
Attractions  
All types of boating/fishing/crabbing- right in your own front yard. 1 block to white sand, Gulf beach / 2 blocks to John's Pass with terrific restaurants, shops, boutiques, dockside dolphin and people watching. Biking/Scootering/Walking/-Tennis and Golf Museums, galleries, aquariums, and live entertainment near-by JUST COME -LOTS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY!
Other Information
Minimum Stay: We rent by the day (2 day minimum, 3 day minimum over a holiday), week or month.
Payment Policies: Personal ck.-must pre-clear, credit cards, cash.
