Since 1959 Litchfield Real Estate has provided fun-filled family vacations - for all members of the family! Your four-legged family members can enjoy romping on our wide white sandy beaches, relax and catch sea breezes on a screened porch, or sit on a dock and watch the kids crab in the canal or marsh. Many of our vacation rentals are dog-friendly and include oceanfront locations as well as second or third row, canal front, and creek front. Homes range from 3 bedrooms up to 6! We specialize in carefree vacations! All full week stays include our complimentary linen package which means upon arrival you will find fresh clean towels and beds made. - Pets welcome in designated homes.
- Some homes may have weight restrictions.
- Most properties allow up to two dogs.
- Non-refundable $200 rent fee for the first dog, $100 for the second (unless otherwise noted on the property description).
- Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beaches. At Huntington Beach State Park, as well as areas designated for the protection of endangered species, dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please always clean up after your pet. Waste disposal bags are made available at most beach access points. The leash law is in effect and is enforced.

All pet-friendly beach homes provide central heat and air, cable TV, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, covered porch, covered parking, and easy access to the beach.Attractions
Wide soft sandy beaches on the ocean, boating, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, shelling, swimming, golfing, the renowned Brookgreen Gardens, unique shopping, and fine restaurants. Myrtle Beach only 20 minutes away. Historic Charleston is an easy day-trip.Other Information
Minimum Stay: One week on most properties during the summer. Monthly and Partial week stays available during non-peak times.
Payment Policies: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal checks. (personal checks not accepted within 10 days of arrival).
Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted.
