The Parks and Recreation Department operates two off leash areas in Mesa:
Quail Run Park, 4155 E. Virginia, includes a 3+ acre designated off-leash dog area with lights, and feature areas for timid and active dogs, park benches, and drinking fountains.
Countryside Park, 3130 E. Southern, includes a 1.2 acre designated off-leash dog area without lights, areas for timid and active dogs, park benches, and drinking fountains.
