Surf City Town Beach is situated right in the middle of Topsail Island, a barrier island off the coast of southeastern North Carolina. The town encompasses 5.3 square miles and has its own pier. Dogs on a leash no longer than 10 feet are allowed on the beach year-round. Complimentary bags are provided at beach accesses.
