Located at 418 Black Point Rd., Scarborough, ME 04074, Scarborough Beach State Park offers some of the best swimming in New England. It is operated in a public/private partnership by Black Point Resource Management LLC. State Park passes are not valid at Scarborough Beach. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 1st through March 31st.
