OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 8311 John Downs Loop, Pasadena, MD 21122, Downs Park Dog Beach is situated on the Chesapeake Bay in the northeastern corner of Downs Park. The dog beach is near the “launch” (a sandy area for kayaks and canoes), about a five minute walk from the parking lot. The beach is a small area that is not fenced. Humans are not allowed in the water. Dogs are allowed off-leash on the beach.
